Frequently asked questions

Is an in-person meeting required to get started?

No. It is sufficient to send the relevant documents by email and remain available for communication. The majority of our clients work with us exclusively online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of non-cash payment, including bank transfers and payment by invoice through any bank.

Do you work with clients from other countries and regions?

Yes. A significant portion of our clients are based in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and abroad. We are fully equipped to handle matters remotely.

How do you communicate with clients throughout a matter?

We keep our clients informed at every stage of our work and outline our plans for achieving their objectives. This is typically done through interim progress reports.

What guarantees do you provide?

We are committed to providing honest, transparent assessments of each matter — including realistic outcomes and potential risks — so that our clients can make fully informed decisions. We do not guarantee specific results; rather, we provide professional guidance on the legal consequences of each course of action.

What is your success rate in litigation?

Based on our internal records, approximately 87% of litigated matters have concluded in our clients' favour. A significant reason is that we don't take on cases where we don't see a realistic path to success — which is more honest than accepting your money in pursuit of an unwinnable case.

Can I review case materials from other clients?

Unfortunately, we are bound by strict confidentiality obligations under our client agreements and are not able to disclose information about our clients or their matters to third parties.

How are your fees determined?

We do not recommend unnecessary services. Fees are determined based on the specifics of each matter — we encourage you to contact us, describe your situation, and ask any questions you may have.
