1. Who Processes the Data
The personal data operator is Yuliia Nagibina, a self-employed person paying the professional income tax (INN 745307789050). E-mail for questions and requests: info@veritas-ural.ru. Phone: +7 (902) 899-07-58 (messengers). Website: veritas-prime.com.
The operator is the one who decides what data to collect and why. The governing law is Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter 152-FZ).
2. What Data We Receive
- Through the website form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
- When you buy a guide: your name (for an organization, the name of its representative), e-mail, phone, the INN (taxpayer ID) of a sole proprietor if one is buying, your consents to the terms and to the newsletter, payment details (amount, date, receipt number). For individuals, I record the full name in the register of issued copies; it does not appear in the file itself.
- About your visit: browser information, the site you came from, the pages you viewed, clicks and scrolling. This is collected by Yandex.Metrica, including its Webvisor function, which records the visitor's actions on the page (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling). A notice at the bottom of the page tells you about cookies and Metrica.
I do not ask for special categories of data (health, criminal record, political views and similar) and ask you not to write them in the form. If you do, I will use them only to answer your question.
3. Why and on What Ground
- To answer your request or question. Ground: your consent, which you give by pressing the send button (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ). If the request is about a purchase, also your wish to conclude a contract (Art. 6(1)(5)).
- To sell and deliver a guide, issue a receipt and contact the buyer. Ground: the contract with you, whose terms are on the Terms of Use of the Materials page (in Russian) (Art. 6(1)(5)).
- To keep the register of issued copies. The register shows who received which copy. It is needed to trace the source if the materials appear in open access, and to protect copyright. Ground: the operator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(7)), provided it does not infringe your rights.
- To report income to the tax authority. Ground: an obligation under the law on the professional income tax (Art. 6(1)(2)).
- To send information about new materials. Ground: your separate consent, the checkbox in the guide request form. Without the checkbox there is no newsletter.
- To see which pages of the site are read. The data is collected by Yandex.Metrica; you can block collection in your browser settings.
4. What We Do with the Data
We collect, record, store, correct when needed, use for the purposes above, pass to the services listed below and delete. We make no decisions about you automatically, without a person. We do not sell the data and do not use it to advertise third parties.
5. Who Receives the Data
- The request service: accepts the data from the form and forwards it to the operator's e-mail.
- The operator's mail service: requests and letters arrive here. The website fonts are loaded from an external server, so it sees your IP address.
- Yandex.Metrica: visit statistics.
- The tax authority through the "Moy Nalog" app: payment details and, for sole proprietors, the INN.
- State bodies, if the law obliges us to pass data on their request.
These services may process data outside Russia. If you do not agree, write to info@veritas-ural.ru and I will answer your question without the form.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Requests without a purchase: one month after the last contact, then deleted.
- Guide purchases: three years after the materials were issued. This period lets us answer each other's claims: the period in which a claim may be brought is, as a rule, three years (Art. 196 of the Civil Code). Data for tax accounting is kept as long as tax law requires.
- Newsletter: until you withdraw consent.
- Yandex.Metrica: under the service's rules.
When the period has ended or the purpose is achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized (Art. 5(7) of 152-FZ), unless the law requires keeping it longer.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- find out what data of yours we hold and how we use it;
- demand that inaccurate data be corrected;
- demand that the data be deleted or its processing stopped;
- withdraw consent, including to the newsletter: after withdrawal we keep only what we must keep by law or what is needed to defend against claims;
- complain to Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru) or to a court.
To use these rights, write to info@veritas-ural.ru with the subject "Personal data" and give the name and e-mail you wrote from before. The reply comes within the periods set by law.
8. How We Protect the Data
Only the operator has access to the mailbox and the register of issued copies. The mailbox and the device are password-protected. The register is not published on the site and is not part of the site's source code. We do not show form messages to other people.
9. Changes
The policy may change. The new version is published on this page with a new date. For data received earlier, the version in force on the date of receipt applies, unless the law requires otherwise.
